Halloween
A bit out of focus, but it's 5:45 and I'm ready for the kids.
And the adults.
The kids down the street were jumping out of their skins with excitement.
And all was ready.
The over-the-top folks up the street were ready, too.
Very serious scary stuff.
The even had a staged auto accident victum.
And a wolf man hooked to a vacuum hose.
6:05, my first trick-or-treaters: a robot and a princess.
They came in a steady stream.
This is what they saw as they came down our driveway.
Quite a few kids asked if the ears were real.
I took many pictures, but the light was getting low and most were too fuzzy to
use.
The fire truck comes every years.
The neighbor was ready with some fake smoke.
By 7:30, it go so dark the kids started looking really scary!
By 8:00 I was ready to call it a night.
I can hardly wait till next year!
