Chocolate chips, cream cheese, and Oreos.
(Named by Jack B. after the lady who made them for him first.)

Off to the store, first thing Sunday morning.

So many chip choices!

So many cream cheese choices!

And so many oreo choices!

Home from the store.

Decks are cleared for action.

First, make coffee.

Assemble ingredients.

Chop cookies: six blender loads.
(Too many cookies at one time didn't work.)

Time check.

Fold in cream cheese.
(Warmed to room temperature and sliced for easy addition.)

Pretty soon, we had dough.

Roll the oreo-cream cheese mix into little balls.
(These probably should have been made smaller.)

And set aside to chill.

Two hours later.

Chilled and ready.

Study the melting directions.
(The tablespoon of oil was probably much more than was needed.)

But the melting of 1 cup at a time was good advice.

That was easy.

Dip, roll, and plop back on the tray.

It only took 2 cups of chocolate chips.

More chill time.

Making the drizzle.

Drizzle and glop.

It needed less than half a cup of the white stuff.

Back to chill some more.

Out of patience.

They look OK.

First bite.

Mmmmm.

Arrgghhh - too rich!

No, too funny.
