Jones Therapeutic & Neuromuscular Massage

Do you have aches, and pains caused by daily stress?

Experience the Power of Therapeutic Massage.
It's not a luxury, it's a necessity!

Let the heated table, and soft music relax, and soothe you. Massage reduces tension, fatigue, and muscle soreness. It can improve circulation, and sleep.

How does it work?

Therapeutic massage is the manipulation of soft body tissue by the hands of a trained therapist to positively affect the health and well-being of the client.

This happens by manipulating muscles and circulating blood and lymph flow, thereby affecting all of the body's systems.

Receiving massage provides deep relaxation and stress reduction.

Who goes to a massage therapist?

Anyone who wants pain relief, less mental fatigue, healthy skin, recovery from sports event, maximum sports performance, surgical recovery, and general restoration of mental and physical balance.

A one hour massage can equal a three hour nap!

Passive movement and joint mobilization are the next best things to exercise!

    Swedish Massage
This consists of long, firm, gliding strokes, and a kneading of the muscles. Stretching techniques can be incorporated. This massage reduces tension, aids in circulation, and induces relaxation.
Neuromuscular Therapy or Trigger Point Massage
This is a deep tissue massage focusing on points of spasm in muscles causing deep pain that may also refer to other areas of the body. Especially effective for headaches and jaw pain. Injuries that have long healed can still cause muscle spasms. This therapy may help alleviate the pain. Trigger points from everyday use of the body's musculature can be deactivated.
    Sports Massage
Excellent for sports enthusiasts and athletes. Pre-event massage can assist in improving performance. Post-event massage aids in recovery of the muscles.
    Myofascial Release
This massage is very slow. A soothing pressure is exerted which stretches all the fascia, or connective covering, that surrounds all cellular fibers. This technique, though gentle, gives a thorough workout to the muscles, nerves, and skin.
    Corporate Chair Massage
Therapist will come to your worksite with a specially designed chair to give a 10 to 15 minute massage on employees' necks, arms, backs, and hands. This provides a refreshing break and productivity booster.

Sessions are conducted in a warm, peaceful setting, using aromatherapy essential oils, and soothing music for relaxation.
